Funny enough that you can't see any sand, what I also find amazing is the lack of people in the water. No one is actually swimming around. They are just milling about in the shallow water with their suits and high heels on. Ha.
Can you imagine the panic if hair and makeup were wet and suddenly "not suitable" for being seen in public. I wouldn't want to be within 200 meters of a mirror due to the likelihood of being clip clopped to death by a stampede of ill fitting high heeled sandals.
Yeah.....exactly why I never particularly enjoyed going to a beach in summer.

there are a shitload of amazing beaches all the way up the east coast with virtually nobody on them.
